Each product has detailed measurements listed on its product page. If you have any doubts — we're always happy to help.
How to Measure Yourself
Use a flexible measuring tape. Measure directly on the body, without thick clothing. The tape should lie flat against the body without pulling.
-
Chest circumference
Wrap the tape horizontally around the widest part of the chest, just below the armpits. The tape should be parallel to the floor.
-
Waist circumference
Measure at the narrowest part of the torso — usually a few centimetres above the navel. Stand naturally, don't hold your breath.
-
Hip circumference
Wrap the tape around the widest part of the hips and buttocks. Keep feet together and hold the tape level.
-
Inner leg length
Measure from the crotch along the inner side of the leg down to the ankle. It's easiest with someone's help.
Tips
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger one — it's easier to adjust a looser fit than one that's too tight.
- Some of our models are designed with a loose, oversized cut. Product descriptions always note when a model runs larger — in that case consider ordering one size down.
- Knits and fabrics with elastane stretch slightly after a few hours of wear — keep this in mind when choosing your size.
- If in doubt, contact us — we'll be happy to advise which size is best for you, based on the specific model and your measurements.
