Pick up your parcel at any time from one of over 20,000 parcel lockers across Poland. A convenient option for those who value flexibility.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel on the carrier's website. If you have a Triples account, the current order status is also available in the "My Orders" section. If you have any questions about your delivery — write or call us and we will be happy to help.
International Shipping (EU)
We ship to European Union countries via DHL Courier. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Processing Time
All orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon are dispatched the same day. Orders placed in the afternoon or at the weekend are processed on the next business day. In exceptional cases — for example during sales or holidays — processing time may extend to 2 business days. We will always notify you of any delays.
