Orders
Placing an order is simple. Choose the products you like, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase as a guest or by logging into your Triples account — the latter lets you track your order history and speeds up future purchases.
Changes and cancellations are only possible before the order is sent for fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible — preferably by phone or email — quoting your order number. If the parcel has already been handed to the courier, changes will not be possible, but you can always use our returns procedure.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the carrier's website. If you have a Triples account, you can also find the order status in the "My Orders" section after logging in.
Shipping
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen method: InPost parcel lockers typically take 2–3 business days, while DPD and DHL couriers deliver in 1–2 business days. For EU countries, delivery takes up to 6 business days. Total time from placing an order to receipt is most often 2–4 business days (Poland) or up to 6 business days (EU).
Poland: DPD Courier — 16 PLN (2–3 business days), InPost Parcel Lockers — 16 PLN (2–3 business days). Free shipping on orders over 500 PLN.
EU: DHL Courier — 25 EUR (3–6 business days), DHL Courier Germany/Czech Republic — 17 EUR (3–5 business days). Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Yes, we ship to selected European Union countries, including Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia (€7.08, 3–5 business days) and other EU countries (€23.60, 5–7 business days). The full list of countries and pricing is available on the Shipping page.
Returns & Exchanges
To return a product, visit our Returns & Complaints page — you'll find step-by-step instructions, an online return form and a convenient return shipping widget. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the parcel, using the same payment method you chose at purchase.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to notify us of a return. Products must be unused, with the original tag attached and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective — in that case we cover the costs.
Yes, we offer free exchanges for a different size, provided the product is available in stock. Please contact us before sending the product back so we can reserve the correct size for you. If the chosen size is unavailable, we can offer a refund or a voucher for future purchases.
Payments
We accept credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), fast online transfers, and PayPal. For orders over €118 an instalment payment option is available. All transactions are encrypted and fully secure.
Yes. All payments in our store are processed through certified payment operators that use SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards. Triples does not store card payment data — all transaction processing is handled by our trusted payment provider.
Care
Every Triples product has a sewn-in care label — always read it before washing. Most of our fabrics require washing at low temperatures (30°C) or hand washing. We recommend dry cleaning for wool and silk. Avoid tumble drying — natural fabrics are best dried flat, away from direct sunlight.
Store clothes folded or on wooden hangers — metal ones can distort shoulders. Keep knitwear folded, never on hangers. Turn clothes inside out before washing to protect the colour. Treat stains immediately, working gently from the outside in. It's worth investing in laundry bags for delicate fabrics.
